User Information
For "Public Name" below, list your FIRST AND LAST NAME as you would like it to be displayed to the public. Your name will be displayed the way it is written here. For instance, Johnathan Q. Public can list "John Public" as his name to be displayed.
Use the following "Division or Department" fields only if needed to identify your division or department within your agency.
Your "Public Email" (below) is the same as "Email 1" by default unless you change it.  "Email 1" is for program login and correspondence from OSFM or HSRC.  "Public Email" is used when it is necessary to display an email address publicly.
